Stable in need of investigation

Roman buttress to the earlier wall. There is a sundered portion to the centre of the buttress and the buttress itself is detached from the later masonry of the main wall.

All loose debris should be removed from the central section to ascertain the full depth of the crack. Some consolidation and rebuilding may be necessary to regain structural integrity in this area. The crack between the buttress and section v should be filled as a tell-tale for future movement between the two sections of wall.
